Job Summary
Lead and manage the administrative and accounting functions for a 40+ year landscape and construction firm in North Haven, CT; oversee AP/AR in Sage 300 CRE and Concur, support payroll and HR onboarding, implement SOPs, supervise the office administrative team, coordinate contract administration and insurance, and ensure seamless multi-division operations on-site with direct reporting to the Controller.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of office management, branch administration, or operations administration experience in related industries
- Strong accounting background with hands-on AP/AR experience
- Leadership experience of office staff
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
- Valid driver's license; ability to work full-time on-site in North Haven, CT
- Experience with Sage 300 CRE, Aspire, UKG, or Concur preferred
