Job Summary
Office Manager responsible for directing field office accounting, payroll processing, and administrative support for Austin Industrial's jobsite operations in Bay City, TX. Key duties include field accounts payable/receivable, job cost accounting, change order accounting, preparation of monthly pay requests, processing invoices from suppliers/subcontractors, maintaining job-cost ledgers, ensuring bonding and insurance documents are on file, and supporting project managers with reporting and close-out activities.
