Job Summary
Organize office operations and procedures; schedule meetings and appointments; manage office layout, supplies, and equipment; support HR with updating office policies; oversee invoicing and vendor payments; manage office budget and reporting; coordinate onboarding for new employees; greet visitors and provide general administrative support; collaborate with plant manager on maintenance, tasks, and site activities; coordinate internal and external reporting for shifts and daily production/activity; bilingual Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience as Office Manager or Front Office Manager
- experience with office machines and MS Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- strong time management, organizational, planning, and communication skills
