Job Summary
Office Manager负责日常行政优先事项、居民沟通、供应商设置、数据录入及处理在线沟通。该职位为全职、100%在办公室工作,向Housing Operations Director汇报,地点在Morgan State University(Thurgood Marshall Hall & Legacy Hall),要求具备高中文凭(本科优先)及2–3年高校行政/办公室管理相关经验,具备出色的客户服务与沟通能力,熟练Word、Excel及内容管理系统,能独立工作并处理保密信息;主要职责任务包括接听来电并转派、监督学生员工、进行日常供应品盘点与采购、完成供应商设立文档(包括W-9表格)、对校园合作伙伴及供应商的日常事宜提供支持、协助搬入/搬出/暑期会议等相关事务、维护档案与密钥库存,并参与跨培训以覆盖多处现场。还将协助完成工作单的满意度邮件及相关跟进工作,配合 heater/便携式空调分配的日常审核,以及相关费用的锁定与变更处理。该岗位强调对多元人群的协作能力、以及在高效快节奏环境中的组织与时间管理能力。
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-3 years of related experience in higher education administration, business operations, project management, office management or accounts payable experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, and content management systems
- Ability to work 100% in-office Monday-Friday during posted office hours
- Ability to move and lift up to 35 pounds
