Job Summary
Office Manager/Assistant to the President of Software at FICO in Menlo Park; plan, coordinate, and execute in-office and offsite events end-to-end (venue setup, catering, A/V, vendor coordination, travel arrangements); maintain a master events calendar and improve programming based on feedback; serve as primary point of contact for the Menlo Park office, managing supplies, equipment, and facilities; support the President of Software with calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel coordination, and light administrative tasks; prepare agendas, materials, and notes; handle sensitive information with discretion and proactively resolve scheduling gaps; require commuting to the Menlo Park office and strong organizational, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills; experience supporting C-suite or senior executives and familiarity with tools like Asana or Monday.com are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Corporate experience in events coordination, office management, or administrative support
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience supporting C-suite or senior executives, familiarity with Asana or Monday.com, and a background in a fast-paced tech environment preferred
