Job Summary
Accounting-focused Office Manager/AP Clerk needed to handle AP/AR, post daily transactions (payoffs, floorplan entries, rebates), reconcile accounts, cash management, and maintenance of GL schedules in a dealership setting. Must have 3+ years of accounting experience (dealership experience a plus or accounting degree with training provided), strong Excel skills, and ability to pass background, drug, and MVR checks. Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of accounting experience
- Dealership experience is a plus or an accounting degree and we will train you
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Background check
- Drug test
- Motor vehicle record check
