Job Summary
Office Manager sought to lead workplace operations and the employee experience at Alation's Redwood City headquarters. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day headquarters operations, building and vendor relations, supplies, safety/compliance, budgets, and process improvements; coordinating onsite meetings and events; supporting onboarding/offboarding and IT/People teams; and fostering a welcoming, high-energy office culture. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, cross-team collaboration, and delivering an exceptional in-office experience for employees, leaders, customers, and visitors. Onsite role, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm at Redwood City headquarters.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or a related function within a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing vendors, facilities relationships, and general budgets
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and workplace operations tools
