Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of front office tasks and systems
- Knowledge of organization policies and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience in supervising staff in a physician practice
- Experience in revenue cycle management, billing and coding
- Knowledge of physician coding and billing, TJC requirements and local, state, and federal regulations
- Knowledge of population health management strategies (preferred)
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) superuser (preferred)
- Ability to manage budgets and understand financials
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic planning and management
