Job Summary
Office Manager/Administrative Assistant responsible for greeting visitors, answering and screening phone calls, managing the front desk and common areas, sorting mail and packages, overseeing office equipment and building concerns with property management, preparing marketing presentations and compliance materials, proofreading client-facing/internal materials, and supporting executive team on special projects and travel arrangements. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe experience preferred. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred. On-site daily in Richmond, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Adobe experience preferred
- Customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to adapt to change, resourceful and self-motivated along with a commitment to excellence
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
