Office Manager

Oversee clinic operations across multiple facilities by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and state/federal standards. Direct Clinic Managers and staff to maintain proper supervisor levels, manage schedules, and implement best practices for billing, collection, and front office procedures. Conduct site visits to support operations, resolve issues, and guide hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Build relationships with clinicians, patients, vendors, and the leadership team while managing patient feedback escalations. Participate in an on-call rotation and travel 20% to 50% of the time. Assist in establishing new policies and communicating operational opportunities to the AUC Leadership Team.
