Job Summary
Opening and closing the office on time while scheduling, underwriting, training, and coaching agents. Manage daily operations by creating sales strategies, delegating tasks, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Assist customers with new policies, payments, renewals, and vehicle inspections to determine acceptable risk. Maintain open communication with upper management and handle daily housekeeping routines for safety. Work independently with minimal supervision, requiring 6 months of supervisory experience and a Limited Lines License. This role offers uncapped commission, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years Insurance Sales Experience
- Minimum of 6 months of Lead/Supervisory Experience
- Limited Lines License
- Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing and bank deposits
- Able to work independently with minimal/no supervision
- Able to quickly learn any Company/Proprietary software
Desired Qualifications
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Some College
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Sales mentality with a strong desire to succeed
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Strong written, verbal, and people skills
