Job Summary
Senior-level Office Lead & EA to CEO role in Manhattan, reporting to Head of Operations. Own NYC hub operations, oversee LA office, and build foundations for a growing US remote workforce. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day office operations, vendor relationships, facilities coordination, office tech/setup, onboarding/offboarding, and desk/space management; provide executive support to the CEO (calendar, travel, logistics) and help maintain remote team connectivity; support LA office operations and the distributed US team, including equipment provisioning and access management; plan and execute US team events and rituals. Requires hands-on, ownership-first delivery, high standards, attention to detail, and comfort navigating a fast-growth SaaS/AI-enabled real estate law environment. Strong emphasis on creating a great in-office experience while enabling remote participation and collaboration with cross-office teams.
