Job Summary
HR/Office Coordinator with responsibility for onboarding logistics, pre-employment checks (background checks, drug screens, I-9), HRIS file maintenance, training tracking, Joint Commission readiness, and front-office operations in a healthcare behavioral health facility. Serves as first point of contact, supports internal communications, vendor management, conference-room logistics, and patient/employee experience while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. On-site role in Muncie, IN; requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and excellent communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of administrative, front desk, or coordination experience (healthcare strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
