Job Summary
The HR / Office Coordinator will serve as the operational hub of Thrive Now Recovery Center, managing front-office flow and supporting HR functions. Responsibilities include onboarding logistics, verifying pre-employment requirements (background checks, drug screens, I-9), maintaining personnel files in HRIS, coordinating orientation and system access, tracking trainings and licensure renewals, supporting Joint Commission readiness, and partnering with Corporate HR to ensure process alignment. The role also involves coordinating conferences and facility logistics, managing office supplies and vendor relationships, supporting internal communications and reporting, and contributing to patient and employee retention in a trauma-informed, fast-paced healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years administrative, front desk, or coordination experience (healthcare strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
