Job Summary

Office Helper to answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate place, mail or fax documentation to the appropriate offices, and maintain excellent medical and correspondence records. The ideal candidate is very organized, has strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and works well independently and within a team. Responsibilities include pulling medical records, faxing and mailing, answering the phone and scheduling, maintaining comprehensive medical records, assisting with the doctor’s calendar and running reports, and running errands within the clinic as directed by the administrator.
