Job Summary
Develop workplans, perform take-offs for assigned estimate portions, and manage RFIs and submittals while interpreting schedules and coordinating resources with superintendents. Oversee large-scale construction infrastructure projects by reviewing shop drawings, tracking quantities and costs, and ensuring completion on time, within budget, and according to safety standards. Conduct site surveying, quality control, and coordinate with subcontractors and owner representatives on changes and billings. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 3+ years of field experience, proficiency in Bluebeam and Excel, and a valid driver's license. Must be able to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferably in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or similar; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years field experience with exposure to estimating responsibilities
- Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel, Word
- Must have ability to travel if required
- A Driver's License in good standing is required

- OPC/P6
