Job Summary
Support daily office functions and coordinate events to enhance SEEK Thailand’s office experience. Assist with vendor management, communications, and office projects to keep the space safe, vibrant, and productive. Collaborate with the Office Experience Manager to deliver cultural programs, improve processes, and ensure smooth operations, while delivering seamless administrative support and excellent customer service. Deliver everyday operations, plan local events, coordinate with partners, support safety and sustainability tasks, and bring fresh ideas to improve how the office feels and functions for the team.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years’ experience in office administration, facilities or event support
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Experience managing vendors or suppliers is a plus
