Job Summary
Office Executive role focused on front-of-house and office operations within Levi’s Australia. Responsibilities include managing reception and visitor experiences, coordinating mail and logistics across the ANZ network, handling office communications, supporting the General Manager with travel and diary coordination, coordinating meetings and events, managing office vendors and procurement, onboarding and employee milestones in collaboration with HR, and ensuring day-to-day facilities and shared spaces are organized and well-maintained. Requires strong organization, communication, stakeholder management, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
