Job Summary
Produce quantity take-offs, prepare formwork by reviewing drawings and layouts, confirm proper site prep, shoring, and falsework, and monitor concrete pours. Perform engineering for temporary structures and calculate quantities for construction projects. This role reports to the Project Manager on the HART City Center Guideway and Stations project, a $1.66 billion contract for six rail stations and elevated guideway in Honolulu, HI. Construction is estimated to commence in the second half of 2025 with substantial completion expected by 2030.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or similar, from an accredited institution
- 3 or more years of construction experience
- Experience calculating quantities and performing takeoffs for construction projects
- Previous experience monitoring concrete pours
