Job Summary
Coordinate all office events and activities with internal and external customers and maintain a professional office environment. Welcome visitors and direct them to relevant personnel, coordinate with vendors for various office needs, assist with day-to-day tasks, organize and restock supplies, review and submit invoices, schedule outside vendors, act as point of contact for office vendors, maintain confidentiality, and perform other duties as assigned. The role emphasizes communication, teamwork, and accountability to support Cooper Steel's goals and provide quality service in a professional office setting.
