Job Summary
Office Coordinator at Echo Electric (a Sonepar brand) in St. Louis. Handles receptionist duties, routes requests to sales/warehouse/purchasing, processes expense reports, expedites purchase orders, receives and reconciles packing lists against Eclipse records, processes daily shipping manifests, supports lighting and gear project data entry, files paperwork, coordinates internal meetings and branch events, and maintains office supplies. Requires administrative, customer service, or operations support experience and proficiency with MS Office; strong English communication, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency to complete tasks.
Required Qualifications
