Job Summary
Manage overall office functions by serving as the primary contact for building issues, property management, and repairs. Handle incoming mail distribution, phone screening, and electronic faxing while troubleshooting printer and maintenance problems. Organize and track office supplies, technology distribution, and lunch orders for Intensive Outpatient Program clients, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Provide administrative support to the CEO and Supervisors, coordinate company-wide events, and oversee day-to-day tasks including urine analysis specimen handling. Maintain professional communication protocols and support anti-oppressive practice through administrative operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Experience and interest in working with clients with a range of identities including age, developmental and acquired disabilities, religion, spirituality, ethnicity, race, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, relationship structure, indigenous heritage, national origin, immigration status, and gender
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 25 lbs)
