Job Summary
Office Coordinator at Parkhurst Academy responsible for front office operations: greet visitors, answer phones, manage calendars for school leaders, supervise student sign-ins/outs, coordinate lunch deliveries and distribute meals, handle ticket sales and event logistics, process payments, maintain office equipment and supply inventory, provide general administrative support (printing, copying, emails, announcements), distribute mail, assist staff, ensure secure campus procedures, and support staff and teachers as needed. Requires strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, proficiency with Microsoft Office and multi-phone systems, confidentiality, dependability, and a collaborative, Christian-education mindset.
