Job Summary
Manage clinic operations and coordinate care for the Aspen Outpatient Office, ensuring seamless transitions from initial assessment through ongoing treatment. Facilitate person-centered behavioral health services by collaborating with clinicians, providers, and community partners to reduce care barriers and improve client engagement. Maintain efficient scheduling, utilize Electronic Health Records, and respond to behavioral health crises using approved deescalation techniques while adhering to strict confidentiality standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of experience in care coordination, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Behavioral Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Current Colorado Driver License with acceptable driving record
- Must already be authorized to work in the US; sponsorships not available
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare, care coordination, case management, or medical office administration
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance processes, as well as integrated behavioral healthcare
- Familiarity with community resources throughout the Roaring Fork Valley
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
