Job Summary
The Office Coordinator will provide front-desk and operational support for an outpatient behavioral health center, handling client relations, admissions tasks, medical records management, and daily administrative duties. Responsibilities include greeting clients, maintaining a welcoming facility, processing deposits with Regions OnePass, confidential medical records activities, coordinating with the Admissions Coordinator and Executive Director, assisting with admissions and new client orientation, generating and maintaining reports, ensuring licensure-related inspections are completed, managing the phone system and IT equipment with help desk support, and delivering general administrative assistance to the facility. Requirements include a High School degree or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and at least two years of administrative experience in a behavioral health setting, with knowledge of HIPAA and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.

- experience working with physicians and therapists preferred
