Job Summary
Office Coordinator role in NYC focusing on administrative functions: manage front desk, office supplies and budgets, fix IT equipment issues, plan events/meetings, onboard/offboard field employees, track licenses, update directories, coordinate workstations, assist with HR tasks, coordinate delivery of checks, and support Field and Internal Operations teams. Must possess strong organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Location: Brooklyn, NY.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
