Job Summary
Greet patients, visitors, and staff while answering phones, directing calls, and managing messages. Handle patient appointing, registration, and routine inquiries from internal and external sources. Sort, file, and process records, letters, memos, and mail; operate office equipment including copiers, scanners, and EMR systems. Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and completing forms. May assume team lead roles to maintain office efficiency and compliance. Requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and after-hours, with on-call availability.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year of administrative experience
- Sound judgement
