Job Summary
Greet patients, visitors, and staff while answering phones and directing calls to appropriate individuals. Manage patient appointment scheduling, perform telephone triage, and handle registration activities. Sort, file, and deliver incoming mail; process outgoing correspondence and prepare letters, memos, and reports. Operate office equipment including copiers, scanners, and voicemail systems while maintaining records related to office transactions. May assume team lead responsibilities to assist with office efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies. This role requires regular attendance, potential weekend and after-hours shifts, and on-call availability to respond promptly to organizational needs.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year of administrative experience
