Office Coordinator needed to serve as the central hub for office operations, executive support, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities include managing office administration, events, visitor management, internal communications, travel arrangements for interns and visiting staff, and supporting onboarding and cross-functional projects. The role requires proactive initiative, minimal supervision, calendar and travel coordination, stakeholder communication, event planning, vendor coordination, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong organizational, project-management, and interpersonal skills are essential, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree preferred and 7-10+ years of progressive experience in related roles. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
