Job Summary
Check emails, prepare for meetings, create reports and charts, verify patient insurance, order medical and office supplies, and communicate with providers, patients, families, co-workers, and external vendors. Ensure office operations run smoothly by handling urgent, time-sensitive tasks while maintaining organization and attention to detail. Submit billing forms for payment and work with admission forms including Medicaid and Medicare documentation. Utilize Microsoft Office and Outlook for daily operations. This role supports a caring team dedicated to making a difference in patients' lives within the Beaumont area.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with admission forms, e.g., Medicaid and Medicare forms (3073, 3074, and 3075 - required
- Experience working with billing and submitting forms for payment
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Clean background and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Experience preparing Interdisciplinary Team reports preferred
- Experience with hospice/healthcare preferred
