Job Summary
Office Coordinator based in Tucker, GA. Responsible for a mix of general clerical duties and special projects (data entry, making copies, ordering office supplies, etc.), facilitating orientation for new employees, and preparing billing. Requires proficiency with Google Suite and Office Suite, strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills, and flexibility to work overtime/weekends. Includes inputting data into front-end systems and support for office operations to help connect teams and improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Proficient in Google Suite and Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing
- Willing to work overtime and some weekends as needed
