Job Summary
Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to the outpatient staff in Troy, NY. Responsibilities include answering telephones, screening calls, responding to requests from patients and staff, ensuring completion of OASAS monthly statistics, and coordinating the patient billing system with the business office. Duties also include collection of patient fee agreements, patient co-pays or self-pay, submission of monthly statistics, and daily charge collections from clinical staff. Required skills include typing proficiency, Microsoft Office and Excel, and excellent communication and computer skills; CPR is required.
