Job Summary
Office Coordinator for Building Crafts Inc., a general contractor focused on wastewater and water treatment plant construction. Responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, serving as the initial contact for callers and visitors, welcomes and directs visitors, screens and routes calls, maintains office supplies and mail, coordinates meeting logistics and catering, manages filing and document processes, supports scheduling and conference room reservations, and upholds confidentiality and professionalism in interactions with clients and staff. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook, and the ability to work in a dynamic, customer-service-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Internet, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
