Job Summary
Office Coordinator for a 12-month maternity cover at Red Bull Danmark. Responsibilities include welcoming guests and partners in person and by phone, managing contact with suppliers (janitor, mail, various orders), handling consumer inquiries, assisting with events (summer party, Christmas lunch, customer tours), supervising setup and tidown for lunch and Friday morning pastries, managing the alarm system and related administration, and performing various ad hoc administrative tasks. Requires exceptional service orientation, an energetic and proactive approach, the ability to work independently, and fluent Danish communication.
Required Qualifications
