Job Summary
Office Coordinator manages front desk operations, greets students and the public, handles phone calls, supports leasing processes, maintains resident records, assists with marketing/outreach, and coordinates administrative tasks. Responsibilities include coordinating mail and supplies, maintaining databases, leading tours for prospective residents, assisting with applicant processes prior to move-in, generating weekly/monthly reports, and participating in on-call rotations and emergency operations. Qualifications emphasize a high school diploma (GED acceptable) with two to three years of clerical/administrative experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is required; familiarity with student housing and campus operations is preferred. The role requires evening and weekend availability and live within 45 minutes of the property for on-call duties. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Two to three years’ clerical/administrative support experience
- Knowledge of general office procedures and practices
- Familiarity with Western University and/or working with college students is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organization and record keeping skills
- Live within 45 minutes of property; ability to respond to emergency on-call responsibilities
