Job Summary
Office Clerk in Talladega, AL supporting the District Manager, district staff, agents, and policyholders in daily operations. Responsibilities include handling customer service inquiries, licensing support, policy information processing, Salesforce data entry, payment processing and balancing, petty cash management, document/image management, mail handling, and general district-office support. Requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities, proficiency with MS Outlook/Excel/Word (Salesforce preferred), and a customer-service mindset to assist clients and internal staff while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of administrative, office, or customer service experience; Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills; Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Salesforce (preferred)
