Job Summary
The Office Clerk will be the first point of contact at Temco Logistics, handling inquiries, tracking orders and delivery status, and supporting installation services. Responsibilities include providing accurate information to customers, answering calls and emails, monitoring delivery schedules for real-time updates, maintaining product knowledge, managing office supplies, preparing reports and proposals, and collaborating across departments to ensure exceptional customer service. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential, with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or office administrative tasks
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office management software (ERP systems preferred)
- Knowledge of Temco Logistics’ delivery and installation services or a related logistics environment is a plus
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
