Job Summary
Lead and drive office-based growth by developing and executing growth strategies to expand market share for the office and geographic area. Oversee the implementation of the SSA and SPA processes, manage the Office Sales Manager and Client Service Leaders, and collaborate with Office/D division leadership to develop external relationship plans and client-focused strategies. Act as a key resource to CSLs and pursuit teams to strengthen relationships across client organizations and external influencers, leveraging national resources as needed. Identify recruiting needs and help recruit industry-best talent aligned with our culture and values. Collaborate with government relations and external consultants on legislative strategies and community initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 12 years of relevant experience (or 16 years in lieu of degree)
- Experience with and understanding of the A&E industry with emphasis on client development and emerging markets
- Strong relationship-building capabilities with clients in Los Angeles (e.g., LA Metro, LAWA, Metrolink, City of LA, Caltrans)
- Ability to develop growth strategies and implement SPA/SSA processes
- Experience leading or supporting pursuit teams and client service leaders
- Ability to recruit and identify top talent aligned with company culture and values
