Job Summary
Provide outpatient therapy in office and virtual settings, delivering standard 50-60 minute blocks to children, families, and adults across Autism, Substance Abuse, and Mental Health spectrums. Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes while collaborating with clinical professionals to develop innovative treatment strategies. Build a caseload of approximately 30 sessions per week within a renovated facility featuring a play/art room and administrative support. Work flexible hybrid hours Monday through Friday, with teletherapy options available any day or time.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as an LPC or LCSW in the state of Virginia
- Eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels
- Experience with play therapy, family therapy, and child therapy practices, models, and methods of treatment
- Experience working with diverse populations
