Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building strong relationships, responding professionally to inquiries, and supporting customers. Support property sales goals by closing sales leads, demonstrating strong phone sales skills, leveraging our technology platform, and following up on all leads. Execute daily office operations including customer transactions, phone management, lead tracking, documentation, and administrative programs. Conduct regular property walk-throughs to maintain cleanliness standards, curb appeal, and overall site organization while following policies and procedures with accuracy. Work collaboratively with the Property Manager and team, providing coverage when needed and communicating clearly for smooth hand-offs. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule with weekend availability and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license in the state of employment
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, email, and the ability to navigate multiple systems throughout the workday
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Availability for working weekends
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, and move freely throughout the property
- Ability to climb up a ladder and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
- Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a can-do approach
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Pride in contributing to a team focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction
