Job Summary
Greet customers in person or on the telephone using the standard four-part greeting, notify staff of visitor arrivals, and maintain customer confidence by keeping information confidential. Maintain shipping records and documentation for all orders while operating a personal computer to produce correspondence, reports, charts, and other materials. Manage office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, and expediting orders, and keep equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions. Exercise tact and good judgment in completing assignments while working effectively under minimum supervision. This twelve-month, non-exempt contract position requires a high school diploma, five years of office associate experience, and excellent computer skills.
