Job Summary
Office Assistant role providing general office support and receptionist duties. Responsibilities include organizing documents for electronic archiving, answering phones, shredding, data entry, preparing client/worker records, restocking supplies, and general administrative tasks. Requires ability to report to the office, with mandated reporter obligations. Minimum education of High School diploma or GED and at least 6 months of office/clerical experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. E-Verify environment and background checks are part of the process.
