Job Summary
Office Assistant/Runner to provide administrative support and courier services in the Bay Area & Central Valley. Responsibilities include delivering items using a company vehicle, filing/scanning/archiving documents, handling phone calls, loading/unloading files and office furnishings, stocking and maintaining office areas. Qualifications include a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, roughly one year of office experience preferred, proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook & Word), strong multitasking and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Compensation is $20.00–$25.00 per hour DOE. Location: Livermore, CA (onsite).
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- A minimum of one year of office experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook & Word).
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills/Problem-Solving skills
Desired Qualifications

- Local Engineering Student, preferred
