Job Summary
Assist the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager with maintaining resident records, processing rental applications, and preparing routine property reports. Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and mail while scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings. Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors by addressing inquiries and assisting with resident requests. Maintain office cleanliness, organize physical and digital filing systems, and ensure supplies are stocked. Prepare notices and newsletters for residents and help track tenant lease agreements to meet compliance deadlines. Perform data entry, update tenant information, and follow up on maintenance work orders.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift or move office supplies and equipment up to 25 pounds
- Occasional local travel
