Job Summary
The Office Assistant/Receptionist is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, answering calls, managing cash transactions, maintaining the showroom, and assisting with various administrative duties including inventory management and support for other departments. Ideal candidates must have at least 3 years of administrative experience, strong computer and communication skills, and be capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in an administrative role
- Proven experience in an office/operations role is preferred
