Job Summary
Office Assistant role supporting Facilities in a fast-paced, informal consultancy environment. Primary duties include office operations such as tidying and setting up meeting rooms, stocking office supplies and snacks, supporting morning events and post/pakets reception, handling purchases (gifts, flowers, wine), managing access and parking arrangements, assisting with events and social activities, practical onboarding for new employees, and serving as a direct contact to landlord and suppliers. The candidate should be organized, able to work independently and in teams, thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, take initiative, be outgoing, service-minded, and capable of keeping the office orderly and welcoming for clients and colleagues. The role is located in København with potential for full-time and requires Danish and English language skills (spoken and written).
