Job Summary
Provide in-person administrative and real estate support to the CEO; manage real estate documents (contracts, offers, listing agreements, disclosures), coordinate real estate transactions with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies; maintain real estate CRM and schedule showings, inspections, appraisals, and client meetings; prepare marketing materials for properties; conduct basic property research and gather market data; maintain organized physical and digital files for transactions; assist with calendar management, correspondence, filing systems, office supplies, meetings, and local errands; ability to work independently and as part of a team; requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of admin/office experience; in-person role based in Hinesville, GA; proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven administrative or office support experience
- Previous experience in a real estate office or supporting real estate professionals is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM software (real estate CRM experience a plus)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of anticipating needs
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local errands
