Job Summary
Office Assistant to support MDPI’s administrative functions in Belgrade. Responsibilities include organizing office supplies, handling phone and email communications, maintaining documentation and databases, organizing travel, coordinating with vendors, greeting visitors, coordinating events, assisting colleagues visiting Belgrade, and tracking attendance. Requires high school diploma, strong English skills, organizational and communication abilities, and MS Office proficiency. Prior experience as an office assistant is a plus. Full-time position based in Belgrade office.
