Job Summary
Submit Central Office work orders, maintain confidentiality of student and staff information, and keep office equipment in good working order. Distribute incoming and outgoing mail, scan and send confidential paperwork to parents and team members, and order supplies from the general budget. File and scan all special education paperwork, manage central office student files, and coordinate requests for records from other schools or social security offices. Update the department webpage and assist with Medicaid paperwork. This three-day temporary role supports the Special Education Department's goal to serve students and families more effectively.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use and understand software including but not limited to spreadsheets, document sharing, and databases
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
- Must be available for 3 days per week
- Must be able to work as a temporary employee
