Job Summary
Answer phones, file records, greet customers, and prepare documents as assigned. Perform reception and transcription duties, then manage office support functions by prioritizing and coordinating work assignments while reviewing outputs for accuracy. Coordinate and implement inpatient and outpatient schedules. Provide supervisory responsibilities to the medical office, including orienting and training new personnel. Requires high school diploma, medical terminology knowledge, three years of clerical experience, and 60 WPM typing speed. Full-time first shift role at Kettering Health, a not-for-profit system serving southwest Ohio with a mission to promote and restore health.
Required Qualifications
